What is Sunday School? It's Bible study, where people of every age gather in small groups to study the Bible, to learn what the Bible says and how it speaks to us today.
But there's more...it's fellowship, where people of similar interest meet together to encourage each other during difficult times and rejoice with each other during the great times.
But there's more...it's where people hear how the Bible answers the all-important question, "What does it take for a person to go to heaven?" Furthermore, Sunday School is where people get a chance to choose Christ as their Savior. In short, Sunday School exists to teach people to learn, love and live God's word.
Sunday School begins at 9:30 am. We have classes available for all ages and groups which includes:
Nursery - babies & toddlers - yes, they can be taught! We do more than simply babysit; we teach your babies and toddlers truth about God's Word.
Preschoolers - we teach your preschoolers truths from the Bible by teachers who genuinely love and care for your preschool children.
Children - We provide a total program for your children in Sunday School Bible teaching, learning activities, and alot of fun.
Students- We have teachers that will make the Bible relevant to the world; and keep it from being boring!
Adults - We have experienced teachers who teach adults what the Bible says and how we then should live as a result. We have classes for the following groups: Young Adults, Joy Class (Adult Women) Second Milers (60 & up) Adults (up to 60) In short, Sunday School is for everyone!
We also have an adult Bible Study on Sunday evening at 5 pm. Currently, the group is studying Compelled by Love: A Journey to Missional Living. Based on 2 Corinthians 5:14-15, the goal is to place us in touch with the heart of God -- the compassion, mercy, and love that drove Him to sacrifice His Son for our salvation. We are discovering how we can join God on mission, sharing His love with everyone we meet, everywhere we go.
No matter your schedule, we have options to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus. Please join us!
